Private Property Rights are the cornerstone of any free society.

The intent of the Founding Fathers was for all citizens to have maximum freedom to enjoy and use Private Property.

The primary difference between the United States and nations with government-controlled economies are the protection of  Private Property Rights and other Human Rights and the support of the Rule of Law.

Property Rights provide individuals with economic ability to self-defend their other human rights. 

During the past few decades, we have witnessed an unprecedented erosion of the basic rights of property owners in America.

With every layer of regulation, American moves away from our Founders' vision of a nation with a limited government.

The political equation is simple: Government powers and authority cannot grow without simultaneously reducing the freedoms and economic opportunities of its citizens.

When government's permission or approval is needed, a freedom has been lost.

To ensure property rights are preserved and that the American dream is passed on to future generations, citizens must unite in support of the rights of all land owners, both large and small.

When any individual's right to use private property is abused or restricted, the freedoms of all Americans are diminished.

The Coalition for Property Rights was founded to provide a greater voice for property owners and property rights in Florida and to work to defend these rights through public education and advocacy.
